Add a Document to the Document Manager
All Documents used on any of your DMM Powered sites are added from within the Document Manager. Once you have the document in the Document Manager it can be added to any Document Module within any of your sites.
- From the Document Manager, click the Add a Document button.
- Enter the requested document information. If you want the document to be available for usage imediately, make sure the Status is set to Active.
- Click Next.
- Wait for the Java applet to load. Click to activate the applet.
- Click Select File.
- Naviagate to the document you would like to upload, select the file and click Open.

Delete a Document
Documents that are deleted CANNOT be undeleted.
- From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to delete.
- From the Document and File Information screen, click the Delete button.
- Click OK.

Update a Document
- From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to update.
- From the Document and File Information screen, click the Update button.
- Click the Java applet to activate it.
- Click Select File.
- Naviagate to the document you would like to upload, select the file and click Open.
