Managing Page Documents
The Document Module is used to add Documents to any page. The Documents themselves are added to the DMM and adn reside in the Document Manager which is covered in the Document Manager section. Once documents have been uploaded to the Document Manager they can be used anywhere on any of your DMM Powered sites. As they get updated in the Document Manager, all instances within your sites will automatically be updated.
There must be a Document Module on the page to add documents.

Add a Document to a Page
- From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to add a document to.
- From the left side menu select the section and page (and subpage) you would like to add a document to.
- From the Add Module dialog select the Document Module from the drop-down list.
- Click the Add button. You now have a Document Module to which you can add documents.
- You can name the Document Module by entering a name in the Module Heading field. Click Save if you have added or edited the name before continuing.
- Click the Add a Document button.
- Check the circle next to the the document you would like to add. You can use Search to help find the document. Only one document can be added at a time.
- Click the Save button.

Delete a Document from a Page
- From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to delete a document from.
- From the left side menu select the section and page (and subpage) you would like to delete a document from.
- Find the document you want to delete, click the red X icon in the upper right corner of the module dialog.
- Click the OK button .
- Click the Save button.
Change the Order of Documents
- From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to move a document on.
- From the left side menu select the section and page (and subpage) you would like to move a document to.
- Find the document you want to move, click on the name of the document to bring up the Document Information page. Change the Rank number to the order number you want it to appear within the document module, number 1 being the top.
- Click the Save button.
