Customizing Your Site

You can customize your site by using tools within the DMM to add custom headers and add your logo as well as other features. For extensive customization, contact Broadchoice and we will design a site exactly how you want it.

Using an Existing Design Change the Site Name Upload Logo Custom Header Graphic

 

    

 

• Portal Name - This is the name the portal users will see. This name is also used within the DMM.
• Portal Theme - Select the colors, fonts and style your portal will use.
• Organization Logo - Place your organization's logo on your portal.
• Header Graphic - Upload a customer header graphic for your portal.
• Footer Information - Edit the content displayed at the bottom of every page. (e.g. copyright info)
• User Groups - Specify group filters available for personalizing the portals.

 

Using an Existing Design

We can take an exisiting design or one created by your design agency and implement it for use with the DMM. Because the DMM is fully dynamically generated, the design may need to be altered to allow for you to be able to use all the features of the DMM.

 

Change the Site Name

1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to add a logo to.
2. Click Customize Portal from the left side menu.
3. Click Portal Name from the Customize Portal page.
4. Enter the name of your portal. This is the name the portal users will see. This name is also used within the DMM.
5. Click Save from the Portal Name page.

 

Upload Logo

1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to add a logo to.
2. Click Customize Portal from the left side menu.
3. Click Organization Logo from the Customize Portal page.
4. Click Browse and the File Upload dialog box will appear.
5. Navigate through your computer to find the logo file you would like to use, click Open. (File must be a jpeg or gif file format)
6. Click Save from the Organization Logo page.

 

    

 

Custom Header Graphic

1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to add a header graphic to.
2. Click Customize Portal from the left side menu.
3. Click Header Graphic from the Customize Portal page.
4. Click Browse and the File Upload dialog box will appear.
5. Navigate through your computer to find the header graphic file you would like to use, click Open. (File must be a jpeg or gif file format)
6. Click Save from the Header Graphic page.
