Document Statistics

In addition to the document statistics located in the Reports tab, the DMM contains information specific to document usage and revisions.

    1. View DMM Usage
    2. View Revision History

 

    

 

  • Usage - Displays all the locations where that document is used throughout any of your DMM Powered sites.
  • Revision History - Displays the date, action and author of all changes made to the document including creation, updates.

 

View DMM Usage

  1. From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to view Usage information for.
  2. At the bottom of the Document and File Information screen, select the tab for Usage.

 

View Revision History

  1. From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to view a Revision History for.
  2. At the bottom of the Document and File Information screen, select the tab for Revision History.
