Email Signature Module

The Email Signature Module is a place for you to upload a logo that can then be linked to for use in email signatures. See the manual for your email program to find out where to enter the signature graphic link.

Upload/Edit a Signature Graphic

1. From the Modules tab click the Email Signature Graphic button.
2. From the Upload Signature Graphic dialog click the Browse button.
3. Navigate to the graphic file you would like to use (make sure your email client supports that file type. GIF and JPG files are usually acceptable).
4. Click the Open button.

 

Add link to Email Client

1. Copy the link (in red) below the logo.
2. Paste the link the the appropriate place within your email client (see manual for your email client on where to paste this).
