Knowledgebase

The Knowledgebase Module is used to build a library of articles that can be placed on any page of your DMM Powered site. Changes made to the Knowledgebase Module will affect every instance of the Module that is placed in your sites.

Add a Category

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the Add Category button.
3. Fill in the form fields and click the Save button.

 

    

 

Edit a Category

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the name of the Edit Category button for the Category you would like to edit.
3. Make any changes you would like, click the Save button.

 

Add an Article

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the Add New Article button.
3. Fill in the form fields and click the Save button.

 

    

 

Edit an Article

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the name of the Article that you would like to edit.
3. Fill in the form fields and click the Save button. 

 

Delete a Category

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the Delete Category button in the header bar of the Category you would like to delete.
3. Click the OK button.

 

Delete an Article

1. From the Modules tab click the Knowledgebase button.
2. From the Knowledgebase dialog click the Delete icon (red x) to the right of the name of the Article you would like to delete.
3. Click the OK button.
