The Document Manager

All Documents used on any of your DMM Powered sites are managed from within the Document Manager.


 

 

    

 

  • Add A document - Add as many documents as you like, all documents are available for use on any of your sites.
  • Delete a Document - Deleting documents moves the document to the deleted items table. Deleted documents cannot be undeleted. However , the revision histories are retained.
  • Update a Document - Replace an existing file with an updated version. All statistics and DMM file information remains the same.
  • Edit Document Information - Edit the DMM document information such as name, description, author notification and status.
  • View DMM Usage - View where the document is used throughout your sites.
  • View Revision History - View the date, action and author of all changes made to a document.

 

Edit Document Information

  1. From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to edit.
  2. From the Document and File Information screen, click Update.
  3. Make any edits you would like.
  4. Click Save.

 

View DMM Usage and Revision History

  1. From the Document Manager, click the name of the document you would like to view Usage information for.
  2. At the bottom of the Document and File Information screen, select the tab for either Usage or Revision History.
