User Management Interface

The User Management Interface is where your user's information and make any changes to their access status.


 

    

 

  • View Basic User Information  - View name, company, region, user account type, status, last visit and total number of visits.
  • Sort Users - Sort the user list by any of the basic user information data. Users can also be sorted by access status.
  • Search for User - Search for a user by name, company or email address..
  • Edit User - Edit user information, change user access level and add comments.
  • Add User - Add a user for the portal.
  • Export CSV of User List - Export  a CSV of the entire user list with the basic user information, which can be imported into any spreadsheet program.

 

Search for a User

Display List by Access Status

In the left menu bar, under Users, there are options to display the user list based on access status.

  • All Users - All users, Active, Pending or Disabled will be included in this list.
  • Pending Users - Only users awaiting approval for use of the portal will be included in this list.
  • Disabled Users - Only users that have had their accounts disabled will be included in this list. 

Sort Users by Basic User Information

Users can be sorted using basic user information by clicking on the labels in the column heads. All lists are sorted alphabetically. The list order can be reversed by clicking on the link again.

  • Last Name
  • Company
  • Region Type
  • Status
  • Last Visit
  • Number of Visits

Search

The search field in the top right corner of the users list can be used to search by name, email address or company.

 

Add a User

  1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to add a user to.
  2. Click All Users from the left side menu.
  3. Click the Add a User button.
  4. Enter the information for that user.
  5. Click Save from the Add New User page.

 

    

 

Delete a User

  1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to delete a user from.
  2. Click All Users from the left side menu.
  3. Search for the user you want to delete.
  4. Click the user name.
  5. Click the Edit button on the User Information page.
  6. Click Delete from the Edit User page.

 

Deactivate a User

  1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to deactivate a user from.
  2. Click All Users from the left side menu.
  3. Search for the user you want to deactivate.
  4. Click the user name.
  5. Click the Inactive radio button next to Status.
  6. Click Save from the Edit User page.

 

Export the User List

  1. From the Sites Tab, click Edit for the site you would like to export a user list from.
  2. Click All Users from the left side menu.
  3. Click the Download CSV button.

The CSV will contain all users in alphabetical order by last name.
