The Text Editor

The text editor works much like a word processing application.

View and edit the html code for the text area.

 

Format

Bold, italic and a selection of font styles are available.

 

Lists

Ordered and bulleted list styles are available.

Set text to link to URLs, anchors and emails, advanced options are available.

 

Check Spelling

Check spelling just as you would in a word processor.

 

Maximize the Editor Size

For easier editing of large text blocks you can maximize the text editor to the full size of the browser. Click on it again to minimize back and edit the rest of the page.

 

Remove Format

Removes all formatting on selected text.

 

Insert Special Character

Insert any character from the character set. 

 

Upload Image

1. Navigate through the DMM to the page you would like to add an image to.
2. From the left side menu select the section you would like to add a page to.
3. In the Text Module that that you would like to upload an image for select Upload an Image.
4. From the Upload Image dialog you have two options: Use an existing image in the DMM or upload a new image to the DMM.

 

Use an Existing Image

1. From within the Upload Image dialog, scroll to the image you would like to use, and select it. The image will appear to the right of the image list.
2. Drag the image from the Upload Image dialog to the point in the Text Module you would like it to be.

 

Upload a New Image

1. From within the Upload Image dialog, click Browse.
2. Navigate to the photo you would like to upload, select it, click Open.
3. In the Upload Image dialog, click the Upload Image button.
4. Scroll to the image you would like to use, and select it.
5. Drag the image from the Upload Image dialog to the point in the Text Module you would like it to be.

 

    

 

Link Options

1. Highlight the text you would like to link/edit, then click on the Insert/Edit Link button.
2. Click on the appropriate tab.
3. Edit as many options as you wish.
4. Click the OK button.
5. Click the Save button.

 

   

 

Image Options

1. Right click on the image you would like to edit and select Image Properties.
2. Click on the appropriate tab.
3. Edit as many options as you wish.
4. Click the OK button.
5. Click the Save button.
